SOLVE THE MONDEGREEN

The term 'mondegreen' for a misunderstanding of a ballad text comes from the line ' They hae slain the Earl o Moray and laid him on the green' being heard as 'They hae slain the Earl O Moray and Lady Mondegreen'.
